So excited to find a doctor that’s willing to take us, my wife & I, as patients even though the Mrs admits she drives them bats! The doc and the staff are the best ever and for once we have someone young who won’t retire on us and cares!!! Give this hard working practice all the stars in the universe, they deserve that and more. The staff is very nice. Dr Luchtefeld is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. I’m so happy to have found a great doctor finally!!
Horrible!!! Avoid this office like the plague! The staff is AWEFUL! I called in a prescription on Thursday morning they said their systems were down and to be patient. I said no problem. I waited till Sunday afternoon and the pharmacy had nothing from them. I call in, they are closed I call the after hours and the on call women who contacted me started the conversation with “I told you the systems were down on Thursday.” I said “yeah that’s why I waited till Sunday and they have nothing from you.” She proceeded to berate me ... read more
I'm 62 and I've had a lot of Drs and Dr Luchtefeld is at the very top. He genuinely cares, he is empathetic, and he is intelligent and that makes me feel at peace. Nothing better then feeling you can trust your Dr and he actually knows what he doing. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!
