We just started an auto and homeowners ins policy with Brad and were more than satisfied with his service and understanding of the situation we are in. Called roadside assistance 3 times. The 1st time I went through all the robot prompts and then it hung up on me. The next two times it rang endlessly and no one picked up. I called the main number and a person finally picked up. As soon as he transferred me to roadside assistance, it hung up on me. It's lucky I'm just trying to get my car out of the snow so I can go to work and not actually stuck somewhere by the side of the road. This is absolutely ridiculous.
This is the Absolute Best place to get any type of insurance. They are Super Friendly and fast . The whole staff goes above and beyond to take care of their customers . AAA++++
