Today was my first time meeting this doctor Zachary J Dipaolo he was very rude and very disrespectful. I used this dr. 2 years ago and things went well. Now 2 years later same problem with other shoulder. I can't say things were bad today but there was definitely less friendliness and compassion. Maybe just a bad day for him because I saw another person post from today and they said he was rude and uncaring.
Doctor Dipaolo recently repaired my torn rotator cuff of my right shoulder. I feel that I received excellent care. I appreciate the fact that he is conservative is in his rehab protocol approach. Recovery from the surgery requires adherence to post op instructions, physical therapy and a lot of patience.
