I have never been so impressed by a Doctor in my life. He took time to explain my MRI like, no doctor has ever done. He explained everything in words I could understand and what I would was looking at. And I understood everything he said. My granddaughter was with me, and she said, if her husband ever has to have back surgery again. She wants to look him up because they didn't explain anything. Dr. Zach was very informative and explained clearly which area of the spine the pain was radiating. He explained options and what to expect if surgery was chosen.
My wife and I sat with Zachary for 45 minutes. He discussed in detail every aspect of my lower spine MRI. He was extremely thorough and answered our questions. We left him with clarity and an understanding of why our previous evaluation with a different Doctor was incorrect. We highly recommend Zachary and Dr. Ritland's office for any back surgery or procedure!!!

Excellent experience with MD Ritland, Zach PA, Debi MA and the office staff. Proactive communication, cohesive coordination between staff departments and great patient teaching and advocacy.
