I was referred to him for a lump in my throat. He was very non-chalant about it and essentially dismissed it as a swollen gland. Had an MRI done, and his office never called or followed up. When I finally called for the results, they told me it was negative and to follow up with my PCP. I wasn't satisfied with that so went to the CCF where they immediately discovered the cancer and started treatment.
