Not great. Hubby had carpal tunnel surgery and he's yet to see the surgeon after 3 times follow up. Today's visit was with Finnely and again saw some assistant. Reports for short term are not followed up. Not a very friendly place. Hes done with this office. Service sucks.!
A hurried visit for a first time patient this was for my shoulder. I had no idea that taking X-rays would be part of the initial visit. He was in and out of the room so fast I didn’t get my questions in. A nice man but busy busy
Dr. Finley provided Top-notch Care. He answered all questions and was thorough in describing surgical process to us. All the staff went above and beyond to provide our needs. We would recommend Dr. Finley and Black Hills orthopedics for anyone seeking care.
Everyone was so pleasant and easy to talk with and got things going so quickly. Very impressed.
Doctor Zachary Finley did such a great job I healed really good and he has a great bedside manner I was so thankful.
