Short wait to see Dr. Pressman. He was easy to talk to and he listened. I got a cortisone shot which he delivered well and explained what would happen. I misunderstood part of the explanation and called a week later, at which time Raquel cleared up my misinterpretation very ably. I would recommend Dr. Pressman for a knee problem.
Dr. Pressman did a very good job of reviewing my options regarding the replacement of my existing left shoulder replacement. He definitely listened to my concerns, and he provided helpful suggestions.
Zac was very friendly and professional. He listened to my symptoms, took X-rays and consulted on diagnosis. His diagnosis and treatment made great sense and I respect his excellent diagnosis. Jo
