Dr. Potter is fine, although I agree, does not do much testing just assumes what the problem might be. The office staff is a total dealbreaker though. I have prescriptions that have to be refilled every 30 days—it always says 0 refills so I have to call or message the office to get it authorized. It often, like 4 times in a row this past year, takes them 3 weeks to actually get it called in to Walgreens. It’s totally unacceptable. Okay doctor. The office is very unorganized. They say they are going to do something and never do it. You have to call the office multiple times/ days just to get anything done. They do not prioritize patient care. If you don’t bug the office, nothing will get done. Very unprofessional. That is IF they answer the phone. They will tell you to “use the app” but then the app doesn’t work. Unorganized, unprofessional, and they do not call you back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
