I really appreciate Dr. Potter. He is very attentive to his patience and he is also very thorough. I feel like it’s easy to talk to him and I feel like he’s very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.
Waiting for my test results. Test was done on 4-2-2025. It's been 10 working days. Not happy.
Dr. Potter is fine, although I agree, does not do much testing just assumes what the problem might be. The office staff is a total dealbreaker though. I have prescriptions that have to be refilled every 30 days—it always says 0 refills so I have to call or message the office to get it authorized. It often, like 4 times in a row this past year, takes them 3 weeks to actually get it called in to Walgreens. It’s totally unacceptable.
