Well I have to say they suck this guy has more excuses than you can think of my truck was over budget brand new transmission burned up !!’I got home put the truck on the lift and the exhaust was just hanging his answer we had to take exhaust loose to remove transmission well ok then tighten the bolts up !!! I have pictures of loose bolts truck runs like crap and it’s been over a week and nothing! No heat shield on the trans his answer the trans did not come either one!!
