Highly recommend. Left a message and Rich called right away and came out next morning. He fixed my dryer's issue quickly and was very reasonably priced. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable.
They do not service my brand of appliance (LG), but Rich took the time to return my call to let me know that. Thank you for that courtesy.
Rich has helped me out a couple times with dryer repairs. Super nice and friendly and courteous. Knows what he is doing. Will definitely continue to use this service.

While unable to assist with my issue (does not work with LG appliances), I'm still rating 5 stars because he was super quick to get back to me unlike other repair service companies I've tried contacting. I called Zachary Services, left a message, and within just a few hours received a call back to discuss the issue. Unfortunately. I cannot speak to other aspects of his service (price/rate, etc.) But I appreciate his quick response and transparency of job capabilities nonetheless.
