Terrible. Impossible to reach. No follow up with my case or myself. A year later and still nothing but more bills to keep them on. Do not recommend.
I hired Zach in February of 2021 for a custody case in hopes to bring my son home. I spoke with Jackie, Zach's paralegal who told me that they could get papers drawn up and served around 90 days where all I would be waiting for is a response from the defendant. 120 days later they finally got the defendant served with papers. Ridiculously slow and manipulative.
We recently received a summons to appear... My husband/our company in a small claims suit filed against us. Mediation got us no where. I contacted Zach Vandyke who is the ONLY Attorney we trust. He represented us professionally and brought out the facts in the case that ultimately resulted in the Judge's order that DENIED PLAINTIFFS CLAIM. Was lazy in court. Lost paper work. Impossible to reach. Paralegal has the people skills of a peanut. Lack of communication within the firm. Extremely disappointed and considering a bar complaint.
Zachary Vandyke not only restored my Faith in Attorneys but in mankind. He was there for my family and I when we were at our lowest. And has continued to represent us each and every time we've called on him. His honesty and integrity are a rare find these days! I highly recommend him!
