This place has a good image at first. Family owned, will give you a tour of the workshop and mancave above it. They quickly raise the cost of custom work you'd like done, doubling mine, and then take it extremely personal when you decide to take your wood elsewhere. When I said to stop work because costs were rising, I was bombarded with over 20 texts starting at 2:59 a.m. Very unprofessional. I work. My experience with Luke was truly special. His passion was evident as he shared the history of the property and its diverse wood species. His kindness and willingness to take the time to teach me made it an incredibly valuable visit.

The quality of the work provided was unsatisfactory, and there is a lack of expertise in business acumen. The service delivered did not meet professional standards. Therefore, I cannot recommend this provider for any work. Consumers should exercise caution. Payment was made in good faith, but the work was not performed. The business became threatening, the work was not completed, and there was no refund or buyer concession.
