Everything! I've been there since Ray was a member there. they will always be there with you, and for you in different areas. they got your back. And I'm even friends with most of the trainers on Facebook. I know that whatever might come to me when I'm not at the gym, I can still talk to them on Facebook about anything.
I love the location, the heated pool, the cardio and weights classes. Yoga has brough my balance back.
