Who do you complain to about an IDOT at 3609 Chamberlayne Ave Apt B-10 when MGT. won't do any thing about (LOUD LOUD) music all hours of the night Walls vibrating from (LOUD BASS) have made numerous complaints/FYI-Mgt. has no concern for tenant's privacy/ or concerned with the fact the IDOT is a Drug Dealer. You'd think they'd want to get this type of trash out of their complex, but no they don't have to live here and put up with this type of (TRASH) .
