Zach and his team provided an amazing experience. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and received clear and prompt communication every step of the way. We were living out of state at the time and they were incredibly flexible to coordinate video showings and a remote closing. We had the absolute please of working with Zach Peck during our recent home buying journey and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They took the time to truly understand what we wanted between the home and land and ensured to tailor their tools to find and send us potential properties. The tools they use would often send us listings that weren’t even available yet on the common listing sites such as Zillow which help to get in the home early.
