We engaged Dave Evans to build a building for us and not only did we enjoy working with his staff, we left the experience with enormous respect for Dave himself. He was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Sub-par quality. After paying a lot of money for a new building, we have multiple issues several months later. Specifically: doors not properly aligned and sealed, doors with mal-functioning locks, plumbing issues, interior doors and interior walls with no sound-proofing, uneven HVAC services within the building, and carpet separating from the sub-floor. Do not recommend them as a construction company or GC.
