My husband and I hired Zacarias Remodeling to remodel our primary bathroom. I am an interior designer and have used Zacarias Remodeling for many of my own clients so I knew he and his crew would do a great job. Oscar is very responsive to clients needs and his skilled workers come on time, are friendly, clean up after themselves and do a great job. Based on his previous high ratings, I hired Oscar Zacarias and his construction company to remodel four bathrooms. The experience was extremely disappointing. The contractor failed to complete the work on time, left areas unfinished, and demonstrated unprofessional behavior at various steps of the the project. He refused to install laundry hampers in the closet (it was included in the scope of work), hurriedly installed cabinets without alignment, left boxes/packaging outside the main door (for 1 month). We loved working with this team! On time, on budget, kind, easy, thoughtful, smart and they do GREAT WORK! We have a few things we have been wanting to do and hesitating as it's expensive and a big undertaking.
