Zac gets paid by the home owner. He has a set fee per square ft. Everything else goes to the sub contractor. The only reason Zac would not pay a bill is if the contractor did not do the work or did not do a good job. He has no reason to not pay someone for work because he gets the same amount no matter what happens. If there is a cost overrun the home owner pays for it. He builds custom homes not tract homes. Probably this contractor is claiming work that he cannot prove he did!
THIS PEOPLE ARE THIEFS THEY DONT PAY THERE CONTRACTORS THEY MAKE MONEY FROM HONEST PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD AND HAVE TO BRING FOOD TO THEIR FAMILIES . THEY ONLY USED NEW COMPANIES ALL THE TIME SO AT THE END THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY.. SO REMEMBER THE HOMES YOU BUY FROM THEM AND YOU LEAVE THERE IS FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT DIDNT GET PAID AT THE END YES ZAC IM TALKING ABOUT YOU U THIEF....
