I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Farm Bureau has escalated to the point of legal action. After significant hail and storm damage in 2025, I filed a homeowners claim expecting a fair and straightforward evaluation. Trying to get a copy of insurance cards and delt with the rudest representative from Farm bureau. He answered the phone with an attitude, addressed my fiance with an attitude, then proceeded to hang up on me! Excuse me!! I pay this company for insurance so if I call and try to get a copy of insurance cards emailed I shouldn't be met with disrespect. I had an amazing experience at Lou Fusz Toyota thanks to Deli and Jim Donohue! Jim and I spoke for about a week before i could finally make it to the lot and he was awesome! Helped me narrow my search and because he was so helpful i knew that Lou fusz was exactly where i wanted to go!
