I recently visited Zabuui for layers and face framing after growing my hair for around two years. I specifically asked to keep as much length as possible and showed a reference photo with long, soft layers. While the haircut I received isn’t badly done and the stylist was so lovely, I’m really disappointed with how much length and weight was removed.
