Really nice business owner. Super friendly.
I would'nt buy a lug nut from this place. I took my trailer in for service. I don't think they ever even looked at it. Every time I called, the service advisor was gone "chasing parts". Their communication was horrible. Needless to say four months later, I picked it up and took it elsewhere.
I would give them zero stars very rude very unhelpful cried to my wife about the way. I talk to him when I talk to him on the phone like a A kid so we went elsewhere and got a better deal. I would recommend looking around much better places out there. We had much better help elsewhere.
We need a repair part and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted so kindly. He definitely helped us find a comparable solution since the exact part we needed wasn’t available. So thankful since this helped us resolved our water tank issue.
