Owner is a reckless driver who almost caused a major crash. If the mattresses are as bad as his driving I wouldn’t sleep on one.
The mattress is very comfortable and the service was exceptional.
I purchased this mattress early this year and now it has mould. I had the mattress on the floor but for a mould resistant material like latex this shouldnt of happened. I've had coil spring mattress' on the ground and they never had an issue with mould. Zaanta don't want to help me out at all, after telling me to rip open the layers so that I could send them photos of the latex directly so that they could see the latex with mould. Purchased 3 Latex Mattresses, 1 Queen 2 Single. Very comfortable, No nasty smells. Friendly helpful costumer service and affordable.
Very disappointed with the latex pillows. Bought 2 for my kids originally but it was way too high for them. So went back to them asking for return within the hour of delivery. Pillows havent been slept on and are still in their original packaging. Request for refund was rejected saying this was against policy.
