You don’t find customer service like this anywhere nowadays. I called in the evening to get some pricing on upgrading my opener and having the door serviced. Shawn gave me a very fair price with multiple options for openers. Said he could be to my house in 30 minutes to get it handled. He was extremely professional and polite. Cleaned up everything and was done in no time. Such a pleasure to do business with.
Shawn was great! He came to my house within 15 min of my call, and helped point out what the issue was and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to evacuate through the garage in case an emergency . I will definitely be keeping his business card close by for my next garage door mishap!
