Owner/technician came over right away, installed new spring and motor! Great job! Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
Shawn came immediately and fixed my broken garage door spring at a fair price. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs help with their garage door.
Shawn was great. I called another company who I thought was a local company, turned out to be a dispatch center from LA. They wanted to charge me $1500-4000 for new spring system. Shawn was aware of the scams that these companies do over charging. He was here in 30 minutes and much cheaper.
This company has no business operating. Every single person I dealt with—from the receptionist to the technician—was either rude, clueless, or both. The technician didn’t explain anything, broke a piece of equipment, and blamed me for it. When I complained, the manager acted like I was bothering him. They refused to fix the issue unless I paid an additional fee—FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. They are completely unqualified, and their work is laughable.
