I came home Friday evening after a long day/week with my daughter and my garage door would not close and was sort of sagging a bit. I called ZAAP and Shawn answered and called me on FaceTime so he could assess what was going on. Then he came out to my home on a Friday night and fixed it for me. Not only was he attentive and professional and reasonably priced, but he cared about mine and my daughter’s safety. That is invaluable.

First time using Zaaap's services and I have to say that I was very impressed. Our garage door went off the rails and was lopsided. I called Zaaap's because I saw they were highly recommended from other people's posts. Shawn answered the phone. He notified me that he was out on a job but is going to have one of his guys call me right away. Less than 5 minutes later, Paul called me and notified me that he'll be over in less than 20 minutes. Shawn was the best. I had a broken garage spring and he came late Sunday to make sure it was taken care of. He had the best price of all my quotes and the work was excellent. He was really a nice person also. Thanks again and it was so great meeting you.
Shawn came in clutch. Same day service and was very transparent about the the issues with our garage. He fixed it and explained everything as he was doing it. Also gave us some good tips on maintenance moving forward. Will recommend and use Zaaap again if needed. Thanks Shawn!
