Shawn has come to service our garage door several times over the years from a new spring to a new motor, and even just a regular service call when our door would not open. Every time Shawn arrived he did so timely, he offered great customer service, and always does an excellent job. I highly recommend Shawn he gives honest advice and is very affordable. Very professional and knowledgeable and just an all around great guy.
Thank you to Paul for helping us with our garage repair. Being that it’s a Sunday evening and our garage door wouldn’t close. Everyone was closed. But I want to express my gratitude to Paul for taking our call and showing up in less than an hour. He was able to repair the door, and was so kind and professional. Sean/Shawn (not sure how he spells his name) with ZAAAP is simply outstanding and the service he provided is excellent. I called him for one concern (son bumped into the door with top of his truck and I was concerned about its operation); however, he identified a more serious issue with a couple of broken hinges that needed to be replaced. He explained the work to be done, provided an accurate estimate for the repair, and promptly fixed the garage door. I am a very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend ZAAAP.
