I contacted them in February about my roof, and she stepped in right away saying they were going to help fix the major parts. I called them about a leak coming from the roof, and they came and fixed the roof in one day. They repaired the inside in a couple of hours and did the carpet in one day as well. I found ZA & MY Services LLC on the internet - they have great reviews so I decided to call. Best decision for refinishing my floors. Zamy, Ivan, and Ronnie were great to work with, providing a GREAT customer service experience. I highly recommend them. I have attached before and after photos of my galley kitchen floor during the renovation process. I am very very happy .
Excellent service! Called on a Sunday morning and by the afternoon they were at my home to assess the problem. Took pictures and explained in detail the issue and what was needed to repair the problem. I received an estimate the following day and work on both the inside and outside of the property was completed within 8 days of signing the contract, despite the variable and uncooperative weather.
