ZaMy did an amazing job communicating from start to finish. They delivered a great product and experience. They even walked around the yard and picked up every nail that was left on the ground. Great experience all around.
Zamy was very helpful throughout the whole claims process and defended me and my policy till we got the check we wanted to receive! She’s such an out going person and really made me feel cared about! I 100% recommend for any insurance claims you may need!
They were extremely professional, conscientious, and diligent in their work with excellent follow up on outstanding items.
I contacted them in February about my roof, and she stepped in right away saying they were going to help fix the major parts. I called them about a leak coming from the roof, and they came and fixed the roof in one day. They repaired the inside in a couple of hours and did the carpet in one day as well.
