Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order, payment went through, and then—nothing. No order confirmation, no acknowledgment, no tracking information, and no shipment, despite the website claiming orders ship within 1–2 business days. I ordered a sample for just shipping and got it quickly. And I love the flavor of fried garlic, sesame seeds, other yummy spices for that perfect Mediterranean taste.
It’s a scam. I signed up for a free sample of their zaatar weeks ago (I had to pay shipping), I still haven’t received it and they’re impossible to contact.
Spice is pretty good, but shipping dept and customer service seem to stink. Been waiting over 3 weeks for my latest order and they could care less when I’ve contacted them about the delay and couldn’t even give me a reason why it was delayed. Pretty sure I can find similar spice at a better place.
