I truly value and appreciate the doctors at this clinic, as the medical care itself has been good. However, my experience with the front desk and referral staff has been consistently disappointing. The communication often felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to feel comfortable asking for assistance. Angela is super rude and unprofessional I called to move my appointment to an earlier date and she said it wasn’t possible so I calmly and politely asked to speak with someone else who was ACTUALLY going to do the procedure, she put me on hold and hung up. I called twice after that and she kept hanging up When she finally answered the phone she started with ( so it’s not possible) which means she KNEW I was the one who kept calling as she didn't leave room for me to even introduce myself again. I had a frustrating experience with this doctor's office. I was promised a free trial of medical equipment, but after 30 days, I received a $150 bill via text message. During my next visit, the doctor confirmed that at the last appt that he did say that there should not have been a charge apologized for the misleading information. I later learned that the charge was for them applying the medical equipment. To "assist" me, they offered to discount the invoice, but I was still left with a bill of approximately $100.
