I was redirected to this place to pick up my Uhaul, due to the truck I reserved not being available at the original location. No one was at the shop at 1pm on a weekday, 30 minutes later a (presumably) mechanic with broken English gave me a phone number to someone else, who didn't show up until an hour later. Took him like another hour to go through the checkout process. Biggest waste of 2+ hours of my already crunched time, for something that shouldn't have taken more than 5-10 minutes.

Gene is the best mechanic ever. Very knowledgeable and talented. Goes above and beyond everytime for his customers. No matter how busy he is he will stop to help someone and goes out of his way to get you on your way.
