This year was my first time using this service, and I was so delighted with how helpful they were. Helped me with all my tax needs and were very thorough. Only took them a week to prepare them and when I picked them up, they took slots of time to walk me through what had been prepared. They are very good with people and I highly recommend them. So glad I have found them.
Let's talk about professionalism. As an accounting firm, do you offer tax breaks to your customers or is your motto still 'There are NO Break(zz)'? There are no 'breaks' when it comes to representing your company...next time you chose to threaten and verbally attack someone think about how it reflects on your business and how you are perceived as individual(zz), and a company as a whole. I'll give you a break this time since I won't be coming for a tax 'break' anytime soon.
