AJ and Harrison were both very helpful and answered all of our questions and were able to get a third line set up for us at an affordable price. I would highly recommend Verizon for their reliability and service.

I cannot say enough good things about the Verizon store in Abilene. Today was one of those overwhelming days, and my daughter, who has Type 1 diabetes, was having issues getting her phone connected so her medical devices would work properly. The entire team went above and beyond to help us. They stayed late, worked together, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. I was treated with kindness and efficiency when I went into the store to get a new Apple Watch. During the process, the associates realize that my plan was very old and so we needed to update and move to a new plan which was done very quickly and efficiently as well.
