Doctor is amazing, however the office needs work. You will never reach a person when calling, no matter the time of day the recording that they are closed is in effect and routes all calls to voicemails. Usually 2-5 days for return call.
Very astute physician, would highly recommend for any patient that wishes to be empowered with the knowledge to understand their illness.
Dr. Madhun is the greatest but a certain woman in the billing department feels that she runs the show and has the right to decide what patients are allowed to see and not see the doctor. Can never get through to leave a message, and then charges patients for missed appointments that are not legitimate.
The Dr is great but .main receptionist is very rude and always gets my insurance wrong I have my wife's insurance plus Medicare my BP always get high when I have to deal with her
I have heard Dr. Madhun is wonderful, but his office receptionist was very rude and abrupt when I was making an appointment as a first time patient. She asked me questions and interrupted me when I answered. When I called her out on her disrespectful attitude, she laughed. Customer service should be top notch in a doctors office - especially working for a doctor who has a good reputation.
