Wish i could give her less than 1 star. Terrible service. Does not speak english. Kept holding her translator up to me. Was on her phone most of the 25 minutes. Left me to greet a walk in appt more than once. Put me feet in a bowl of too hot water. Will never go back.
Very unprofessional. They literally upset me so bad by telling me my tip wasn’t enough! You don’t get to tell someone how much to tip! Tipping is a token of appreciation depending on how good the service is but I hadn’t even been touched yet! I asked for my money back and I left! That’s not how you do business and I’m not about to argue with anyone. I see why it’s so many 1 star reviews on here! I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Have some class! I’m disgusted.
This place looked so nice stepping inside. There were two of us, we both wanted a simple 30 minute reflexology foot massage. We were brought into the same room, laid down, and there were two women rubbing each of our feet with us laying flat. The woman doing my massage half assed rubbed lotion on my foot, and rubbed it in. Tonight was awful. We were able to get in right away. Wanting a couple massage but 2 different massage types. 1 was supposed to be a 1 hr- $40 reflexology, the second 1hr $60 oil body massage. We were charged $140. Couples massage. I just paid it and left. Overcharged!!! First thing, 1 gal came in on her phone, volume on. She started on my back with 1 hand for a couple minutes.
