I placed an order on 2/4. It is now 3/6 (more than a month later) and I am in process of disputing the order I never received. The tracking information provided by Z Skin still shows “Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item” . I have written their customer service, written the owner directly via email, Facebook and Instagram, as well as calling every number I could find listed for them online, on their website and on the merchant section of my credit card statement. Currently in the midst of disputing a claim against ZSkin to get my money back. An order was undeliverable for two weeks and it took several business days to receive any response from the company. I asked for a refund several times and the owner was rude before finally sending me a screenshot showing it was refunded. However, over a month later - it hasn't been refunded. These products are really amazing. Saw them on a tv show a few years back and have been a customer ever since. Unbeatable prices for such amazing products, customer service is top notch and shipping is fastI Highly recommend z skin!

As a guy I can happily say these products are bomb AF. I love that they don’t use fragrances and just keep the products as is. I use the combination acne system and it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I’ve turned all my friends onto it too.
