Our builder recommended Z-Scapes to help with landscaping our new home in Rio Rancho. After seeing some of their work we spoke to John and even though the company was very busy, he took the time to walk our property with us and listen to what we wanted. John and his team did amazing work from the beginning to the end of our project. John was the only contractor who took the time to create a plan with his quote. His team followed through on the plan and were all awesome to work with.
This family-run business has delivered for us! John, his brothers and son Zach teamed to build a really spectacular waterfall with every amenity. Their crew also transplanted established shrubs, installed pavers, planters and irrigation to support old and new plantings. We chose to work with Z-Scapes Landscaping on the next phase of our landscaping after getting competitive bids on the space. I scheduled an appointment with John for an estimate. I took time off from work to meet him at my house, as agreed upon. No show, no call. After waiting around for 30 minutes, I called him and left a message for him to call me back to possibly reschedule. One day later, still no call back. Perhaps a blessing in disguise. If this guy has no qualms about wasting my time at the estimation stage, I can't imagine what his ethics and business practices are like during the actual project.
Had appointment and no call, no show.
