First working with Omir was amazing. Super personable and just understands what needs to be done. He care more about the details that I did. He did a major cleaning after tenants left the places a disaster. Then he installed laminate flooring, redid the stairs that look amazing, opened up the wall and redid the drywall and molding. Great experience and VERY fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Omid is a pure professional with a quality team who knows their craft. It was a lot of work to get my place together, but Omid and his team did it in less the time originally stated and was open for last minute adjustments. Not to mention when my place was finished he still took my calls and treated me as a potential customer and went above and beyond the call of duty to make my family happy with touch ups. This company has done three different jobs at three different times on my house. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and how great their work was. They went above and beyond to do what turned out to be the best job I've ever had done in my house . I would never use another contractor they are also very trustworthy and hard workers who when they are done will leave your house very clean and in perfect condition. I can’t recommend Omid and Z-Renovation highly enough! Omid is not only a very friendly, pleasant presence (as are all members of his team), but he is the most conscientious, polite, and unobtrusive service provider to have done work for me over the past 25 years in nyc. Beyond that, he was always exceedingly punctual and responsive to any timing or logistical constraints on my/my building’s end.
