Avoid at all costs. Only posting 1 star as there is no zero star We saw a car listed which looked all well and good on paper. We paid a deposit on a car and went to view it at the dealership. The car had a number of mechanical faults (a banging noise from the engine, power steering issue and one of the seats not folding) which the dealer refused to accept were there and made it out as if we didn't know about cars. Lied and said deposit would be refundable after viewing. Banging noises from engine, chip on windscreen, steering fault. Only refunded part of deposit. Appalling service, appalling car. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service absolutely awful The man said the deposit is refundable if we find a mechanical fault, we found a very loud and clicking sound in engine although mot was done that morning. The man refused to refund and still kept some money The mot done was most likely fake aswelll No body go to these people they are rubbish and sell un reliable cars
If it were possible to give no stars I would. Avoid like the plague. We had an issue with a car we bought from them and it was an awful experience. It obviously had significant water damage that was present before sale, I'm convinced they knew about it when they sold it to us. They tried to get out of the return of the car, we ended up having to take them to court, only after we had done this they agreed to refund the money and it was still a battle to get that as they kept trying to give us less than we were owed!
