5 stars all day, everyday! I am establishing a new pool and have had lots of questions and concerns. The owner and his staff at Z Pool Supplies have been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! The best pool supply business in Vero!
I have been a customer since 2016 and purchase all of my chemicals, a pool heater, salt generator, filter cartridges and assorted accessories, some from the previous owners and some from the current owner. Today I went in to have my water tested, the clerk asked me to wait, and he would be with me in a few minutes while he reviewed some paperwork. Great store, great service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer and you find what you are looking for. Plenty of inventory! Awesome neighborhood store.
I have been going here for years10+, before the current owner. No issues. I will NEVER go back. I rarely go there on weekends, yesterday on a Saturday I dealt with the owner. He couldn't locate my name or account, he finally did. Then he asked who took care of my pool, I said I do, have the entire time, 20 + years. He says, you're doing it all wrong, where do you go, I said, here for over 10 years, looks at me like I'm lying.
