Called this company. Horrible customer service. Im telling them there is no issues and want to know the cost to flush it.. its regular yearly flush. Theybsaid they have to send a technician for 50 bucks to diagnose my flushing uhm.. what?!?! Yeah. Obviously 0 stars would be too many for a company that doesn't understand yearly maintenance in a field THEY are supposed to be experts in. Bad form

Whole Experience: Asked the lady on the phone what the cost was to get someone out to have a look. She said they would go over all the costs with me before they do anything Jason came out, had a look and then said I owed a $60 trip charge without telling me that before Jason was a cool enough guy but his equipment wasn’t working that day when he tried to scope my drain line. Michael was very knowledgeable and got the sink drain cleared and working. There was more work than I expected but needed. He worked in a very tight area and got the job done.
