I drove 45 minutes to get to my 1:00 PM appointment. They told me Nadia would see me immediately after her lunch break. She made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then they moved me to an examination room to continue waiting because she was still busy. I asked them to give me an estimated wait time since I had to attend another appointment at 2:00 PM—which I ended up being late for thanks to Z Med, who didn't care that my time is valuable and that I have activities to get back to. I just want to say, Miss Merari G the medical assistant of this clinic is an excellent human being a professional lady It doesn’t hurt me when she injects me because she has an angel hands. She always has a nice attitude and please come and see her kindly miss Elsie G Lowe 💰.
