Quiet, clean, and relaxing experience The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with minimal chit-chat, which made it easy to relax. The space was very clean, and the overall vibe was calming. See handlebars on the ceiling in some of their photos? So that's the majority of what they did was walk in my back, it was painful and she was rough and with a firm attitude. I am a small female I didn't like that, there was minimal talking because of either her lack of language in English or attitude or ambivalence. We came for a couple massages and although I said it hurts and to stop there was no other option offered.We had gotten it as a Christmas gift and I won't be going back.

I'm giving the massage a star because it was a good massage. Not great, and you can definitely find better, but it was good. The low score is a reflection of the customer service. My wife and I received a groupon for a 90 minute couples massage. We made reservations and they validated the groupon (which very clearly says 90 minute) on it. We only received a 60 minute massage. The massage was good, not the best but it was ok. They offer 60 minutes massage and it was 50 minutes, when told that to the Asian lady that assisted me, she started arguing stating it was 60 minutes. Simple math: I arrived at 10:14am and entered in the room for the massage at 10:20, my massage ended at 11:10am, that’s 50 minutes. Then, she told me how much I have to tip her…like REALLY??????? Reflexology offered is not good at all. I do not recommend to go to this place.
