I had so much fun and sweated like crazy. I love the energy level!!! The instructor was Amazing !!!
Seriously love this place and the instructors. They encourage you and really care about you. I make the drive from Annaville and it is totally worth it. I have lost 10lbs. In one and half months. I refuse to go anywhere else.
This studio is fabulous! I just had my second class here when visiting family in town for the holidays. The instructors and other students were so welcoming, and for. $5 drop-in fee you can't get a better workout! I'll be back one more time tomorrow before heading home!
This is a great way to sweat and burn some calories!
Thank you so much Krista Vera for getting me to start going with you! I'm addicted now! I broke my leg while I was in roller derby and it was so hard to find something that I could do to get myself a good workout without too much impact on my joints that wasn't boring! I absolutely love it here! It's so much fun and when you leave you are DEAD tired! All the instructors are amazing also and so incredibly encouraging! �
LOVED IT!!! Zin Melissa Cruz was AWESOME. Definitely going back!
