We would like to personally thank Dwayne our driver for a safe, successful, memorable trip to New York City. Our bus operator Dwayne customer service skills were on point. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He helped our seniors on/off the bus, he put our safety first. Dwayne was funny and engaging. The bus was clean and fully stocked, most importantly all the equipment worked. We will definitely use Z-Limo and Dwayne again.

Mr. Dwayne was great as a driver. He took us on a class trip with 50 7th graders from DC to Hershey Park PA and back. Has a great demeanor and strong command of the vehicle. He also has a great rapport with the children and was just very easy to talk to. Thanks Mr. Dwane for making our trip that much better!

Wrong estimation for destination by one hour. no AC. Left my suitcase by accident and contacted within 30 minutes, but they claim they cant find it which is a lie.
