I have been a fan of Z-Lifestyle for many years. Pauline has gotten me through some very difficult times, when in person classes were not possible. Now, her virtual classes continue to motivate me to stay in shape and stay active. Her exuberance and energy are unsurpassed!

Love, love, love all the Z-Lifestyle classes. You can choose the one that's right for your schedule. Pauline's energy and infectious smile make them a really fun workout.

My mom is 92 years old and has been taking Pauline's classes (both in person and virtual) for over 7 years now! She finds Pauline's classes fun and energetic. There is a friendly and supportive community. She looks forward to each class. Was so happy for the virtual classes during the pandemic - they keep my mom connected to the folks she danced with during the in-person classes. We highly recommend these classes.

The best way to exercise while having fun! Z-lifestyle classes have helped me stay active and sane even during the pandemic and I love them. Pauline is a ray of sunshine every time that I do class. She is very positive and caring and her classes are full of good music and great moves. The z-lifestyle community offers great support and is an added bonus. We laugh, dance and workout together.
