He was unprofessional! I drove from Windsor and he saw me for five minutes. Told me I need to lose weight before my hip replacement and come in every 6 months. I am not driving to Chatham for you to judge me every six months. He didn't check range of motion or nothing. Looked down my pants and underwear and proceeded to touch me, to look at my groin with out gloves on. Amazing surgeon, you can barely see my scars! He is stern about recovery and health but cares for his patients!
33 months into an injury where extremely painful to use my right arm; grasping, lifting, not really useful for much especially as prolonged use kills the mobility where arm just wont lift above 30 or 90 degrees depending on activity, straight stops unless externally manipulated. Finally get an MRI and it indicates tendinosis in 2 tendons, a minor tear in one, small tear in glenoid labrum, bursitis, an edema in the cartilage. I have waited 10months for this guy to sit and boldly to my face tell me my own dr was stupid as he dismissed anything I said.
I had shoulder replacement surgery done by him and couldn’t be happier. A very nice caring dr and sooo competent
