Don't trust them. They hooked us in with a $150 giftcard promotion in the spring (See attached photo from FB). We signed lease for fall with understanding we’d receive the $150 gc within 30 days after starting the lease. Lease began in August and it’s now November and still no $150 gc. They haven’t paid out any $150 to anyone as of yet. I've been in contact with management for past 4 weeks and they still haven't fulfilled the agreed on promotion. Would like to give this apartment complex and our experience with their management 0 stars. I understand, that as mentioned in previous reviews, a lot of the positive reviews are from the business incentivizing their tenants with Gift cards at Pool Parties to leave a positive review. (within 24 hrs after a recent pool party they all of a sudden had over 20 perfect reviews). It is sad to see such practices to try to cover up their issues.
