We had floors installed and had to get plumbing work done. Everything was done very well and I loved the communication. We knew everything that was being done through there app. That was very helpful. It was done all on time. We are very happy with our whole experience! :-)
Contractors can be hit or miss, these guys are definitely a hit. Estimated price for my work was lower than anyone else I got quoted by. They had fast response to all my questions a day kept me informed during the process and had an appointment with updates during the work. I would definitely recommend them and I'm planning on hiring them again in the future
I would recommend Z Innovations to anyone looking to do any type of remodel or contracting work. Wilber knocked it out of the park by managing a project for my most recent client. He was able to address all concerns from the client and stay within budget. Z Innovations' level of communication can't be touched thanks to Allis. She consistently let us know of all project updates and helped keep all parties on schedule. Thank you Z Innovations! I am looking forward to working with you all again soon.
We used Z Innovations for a higher end property to renovate prior to listing for sale. End to end was a positive experience. Z Innovations is GREAT to work with! I just finished my 1st project with them. My experience was so good that I'm currently in the process of putting together my requirements for a 2nd project. Most importantly, they come when they say they are coming! They utilize a terrific app that always provided me an up-to-date schedule of who was going to be at my house, what day(s), and what work was scheduled to be done. Very professional, great quality, and very reliable
