Don’t buy here. They seem to be going out of business. Purchased a very expensive chandelier, already installed, and it is missing parts. Several days on they are emailing giving me the runaround and saying you can expect a response in 24-48 hours! Only phone number is outsourced with no authority or additional information available. This isn’t difficult, just send me the missing parts!
unhelpful associate Order Art frame for me and promised me I can pick it up from store in a week, it’s three weeks and no one call me and the store doesn’t have phone and you can contact with them and you need to go to the store so I went to store two times and saleswoman keep advising me to wait, I’m not recommending to purchase anything to anyone. the store doesn’t have anything to sell and you have orders and no guarantee when you get it . Customer service closed on weekends.
I am extremely disappointed with my delivery experience. I was specifically told that I would receive a phone call the night before my bed was to be delivered. Based on that promise, I drove all the way from Los Angeles to Palm Springs so I could be there to accept the delivery. No one ever called. I visited today to look for a sofa and was greeted by Coco who was so warm, welcoming and sweet she was extremely helpful throughout my experience!
It's BACK! I'm so happy about that! It was one of my favorite stores for many years when I lived on the east coast and so happy that it's here again in West Hollywood, CA.
