I really want to love this place but the staff make it so hard!!! I purchased a pair of drapes and few other items online via web. Of course when I came down that weekend to pick up purchased items (over 50 minute drive). They were out of stock!!! Only one panel was available. When I spoke to the store rep. he chuckled, " wow you beat us before we had the chance to call you, only one panel is in stock however we can order you one from the warehouse." I bought almost all my furniture from Z Gallerie in Sugar Land and have been always treated nicely and respectfully, today I was looking for another nice piece, but I’m sure I’ll not be coming back, I felt discriminated by one of the attendants, Conrad, besides everything he barely greet me and it looked like he was doing me a favor to even speak to me. If Z Gallerie wants to keep their loyal clients, it should hire personnel that knows how to treat a costumer.Â
