Tanya provided excellent service at the Aventura location. She listened to my ongoing stories while patiently ringing up my items and THEN surprisingly took great care in wrapping my items when she learned that one of the bags would be presented as a gift for someone. The gift bag looked so nice when she was done and I didn't even ask her to do it - or even thought to do it. So thank you Tanya for providing Service Excellence.
