Great products and prices If you like stores like Pier 1 and Pottery Barn, you'll love this store located at the Millenia Mall. The store is very upscale, lovely decorated and a multitude of great products, at very reasonable prices. PROS: Products, location, price CONS: Nothing
I placed an online order on November 12 for my son's birthday present a month away and stocking stuffers. On November 29, I logged in to find out why after 2 weeks the status was still not shipped. I saw explanation or any option on the website to resolve electronically. I called the published customer service nujmer424-999-4627 and waited for more than 30 minutes without any answer or option to get a call back. I finally gave up and called the local Dallas store. I visited this 10-31-20 and no one wanted to assist me. I wanted to know the price on a piece of framed art that was high on the wall. After being passed back and forth a lady finally told me it was $500 some dollars. Said she know because she just ordered for someone. Of course I declined. When I returned home I looked up the piece of art and it was under $200 on sale. And original price was not even close to $500. Also the staff was very snobby. Lazy bunch of snobs

Do NOT buy furniture from Z-Gallerie. Do yourself a favor and read the numerous online complaints and even look at the BBB website. I wish I had done better research prior to my nightmare experience.
I love their pieces and prices! The staff are also very nice and helpful.
I returned a pair of panels and was given a blank gift card by the manager Katie in Orlando
