THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING PEOPLE! On 6/7/2023 we Purchased a Sofa from Z Gallery store for $3,807.84 In September, they sent the wrong sofa. We immediately went to the store, where salesperson Chelsy made a call to corporate, and told us that we had the option to hold on to this sofa ( since we had given away our previous sofa the day before the delivery), and that the correct sofa would be sent tby November 2023. Sold a lemon. I purchased a couch in late 2020, which didn't arrive until summer 2021. I was sold a five year warranty from an employee with Z that provided Z Gallerie pamphlets, emails, and calls that stated that it had five coverage, and included that they would be responsible for covering lemons. With covid and life I noticed fibers coming out everywhere all over a dark blue couch. Fast forward less than 2 1/2 years. I placed an online order on November 12 for my son's birthday present a month away and stocking stuffers. On November 29, I logged in to find out why after 2 weeks the status was still not shipped. I saw explanation or any option on the website to resolve electronically. I called the published customer service nujmer424-999-4627 and waited for more than 30 minutes without any answer or option to get a call back. I finally gave up and called the local Dallas store. 04/22/2021 On my day off I decided to go to the Z-Gallerie store in New Jersey, with the intention to find the right decoration of my living room. I walked through the entire store until Gabby approached me and offered to help me. The worst experience ever Unfortunately I got everything for my new house from zgallerie The Buffet for the dinning room was broken and it took more than three weeks to change it, the 4 chairs of the breakfast table are lost till NOW and I’m not sure when can I get them The legs of the sofa are not assembled properly in which it makes a very high sound when you sit on it or even try to move it makes sound too We went to the store more than 10 times within two weeks to try to fix our problems even only to find our lost chai... read more
